Chunk came to visit us today and help go on some sales appointments.

Last fall we had the opportunity to help kindergarten students plant some bulbs. This spring we helped dig them up so they could take them home for the summer.

A day well spent with the entire WLM staff at our annual golf outing.

We work hard, and play hard! Our annual WLM golf outing in Syracuse is always a good time. Everyone (or most) dresses up and we head out for a great day of fun and golf. Is that possible to have fun playing golf.......

We love to give back, especially to children in our community. We helped kindergarten students at Washington Elementary in Warsaw, IN plant bulbs that we will then help with next spring.

One more reason to work at WLM! We have alot of fun and this years golf outing was another great day!

In January we head to St. Pete, FL for some training so we can become better managers and business owners. We also get the opportunity to network with some old friends that have similar businesses from around the country.

We have the privilege to work for some really nice people. The Kelsey's are definitely at the top of the list!

Every January we spend a day off site as a company to work ON the business. We invited the owner of Chid-Fil-A in Ft. Wayne to be our guest speaker to talk about customer service. We also invited several key staff from Silveus Insurance to attend this discussion.

While one of our staff foremen was on his honeymoon, we decided to landscape their house while gone. Congrats Trae & Kelly!

We installed a new flagpole at our shop and office recently. Dan and Paula took it upon themselves to lower the flag and fold it properly at the end of the day.

Paula Hinen has been with WLM, Inc. for over 16 years as a Landscape Maintenance Foreman and Designer. She is pictured with her husband, Andy, and their three boys.

You will see this truck in Warsaw, Syracuse, Leesburg and Winona Lake alot this season. Our Landscape Installation Crew uses this truck every day for installing brick paver patios and outdoor living areas.

Trae Furnivall takes it upon himself to take down our flag one evening due to high winds in the forecast. For Love Of Country.
