Landscape Maintenance Crew Foreman & Helpers

WLM, Inc. is currently accepting applications for positions in our Landscape Maintenance Department.  If you want to climb the pay scale quickly and take on more responsibility, Landscape Maintenance will provide you with that opportunity.  

Key Duties Include:

• Maintain landscapes and planting bed areas by performing spring clean ups, mulching, trimming and pruning throughout the season, pulling & spraying for weeds and fall clean ups.
• Maintain residential properties in clean, neat condition by removing leaves, fallen branches, and miscellaneous debris/trash from lawns, walkways, roadways, and parking lots
• Planting of trees, flowers and shrubs. Prune, water and fertilize as directed
• Maintain landscape beds: weeding, watering and mulching
• Remove snow and apply melting agents to entrances, walkways, parking areas, ramps, docks and roadways

Irrigation Technician

Wihebrink Landscape Management, Inc, located in Warsaw, IN is currently accepting resumes for an Irrigation/Sprinkler System Service Technician. NO Winter Layoff. We are a Full Time Year Round Employer.

What will you do? You will be trained by one of our current Irrigation Service Technicians to diagnose and repair residential and small commercial lawn sprinkler systems for mechanical and electrical issues. Training begins on the first day. All aspects of sprinkler system repairs and service will be experienced and taught to the new staff member.

What will I learn? You will learn now to start up a sprinkler system in the spring, winterize in the fall, and make any necessary repairs to keep the sprinkler system functioning at peak performance. Low voltage electricity skills will be acquired along with basic and advanced mechanical repairs and upgrades.

Who will I work with? Initially the candidate will work with, and be trained by, our current Irrigation Service Technicians. Upon completion of a through training process, and review from the training Technician, the candidate will then start servicing our clients sprinkler systems on their own.
